Join us for meditation in Collingwood.

Drawing on teachings from the 2023 NKT International Spring Festival, Gen Suma will help us deepen our understanding of Buddha, his extraordinary nature and qualities and his sweeping intention to permanently protect living beings everywhere from their suffering and sorrow.

In each session, Gen Suma will unpack some of the beautiful lines, words and verses in the short but powerful Liberating Prayer that is chanted at the start of every class in hundreds of Kadampa Buddhist Centres worldwide.

DID YOU KNOW? – This class is available as a live-streamed online class to monthly subscribers.

Find out more here:  Live-streamed classes

Classes are held on a drop-in basis – feel free to attend as and when you like. Beginners very welcome.

You may pay for IN-PERSON tickets below or pay with cash or a card at the door:

The Liberating Prayer is not an ordinary prayer – It is like a text and has profound meaning.

All Lamrim teachings – renunciation, bodhichitta, and correct view of emptiness are included in this prayer.
