Our life is not just a random series of events coming from nowhere. Each experience we have is the effect of karmic potentials, or seeds, sown in our mind by our own past actions. Understanding these connections, we can begin to recognize and control the negative patterns of thought, speech and action that are producing so much sickness, pain and disharmony in our lives, and gradually create the causes for our minds to become deeply stable, happy and peaceful. 

The emphasis of this course will be on how to put our understanding of karma into practise in every day life.
