The reality is that not one of these – nor all of them together – can produce genuine, lasting happiness. Buddha teaches how everyone can cultivate simple attitudes of mind that will, if taken to heart, reliably help us to become happier people. In each class we will explore how we can build mental habits that foster peace, lightness and freedom within.
Only mental peace that develops from wisdom is happiness.
