In this fun class, suitable for ages 5 to 95+, participants will be introduced to each of the Buddhas on our shrine at Jampa Ling Buddhist Centre, learn who they are and what they represent for practitioners, and in particular, how they can help and inspire us daily.
The session will include a short meditation, a discussion about what we’ve learned, and a craft. Parents are welcome to bring smaller children.
Buddha means Awakened One, someone who has awakened from the sleep of ignorance and sees the truth perfectly.
