Meditation and your inner health.

In this series we explore Buddha’s teachings on six core spiritual practices, widely known as the ‘six perfections’.

Gen Suma will explain practical ways whereby we can gradually integrate these into our home and work lives, our relationships, and any other activities we engage in – until finally our entire experience becomes a path to inner peace, healing and happiness.

Gen Suma will recommend meditations and offer practical ‘take-away’ suggestions for applying these teachings in the course of daily life.

You do not need to be a Buddhist to join these classes, which are attended by people from many walks of life.

Please feel free to drop in anytime.

$12 (free for members) or $10 with a $40 four class pass

Problems arise only if we respond to difficulties with a negative state of mind.

Therefore, if we want to be free from problems, we must transform our mind
