Let’s Learn How to Meditate!

In this class we teach the skills needed to meditate, and how to use meditation to tackle the mental challenges youngsters often experience, such as anxiety, isolation and uncertainty, whether at school or at home.
Specifically for 7-14 year olds, meditation for happiness offers kids approaches that can help them solve these problems, ease their ‘ups-and-downs’, and replace turbulent minds with kind and peaceful ones.
