Join us for meditation in Nottawa.

Imagination – our mind’s ability to create – can profoundly enhance our meditation experience.

By bringing our imagination into our meditation practice we can begin to topple, one by one, our ordinary, limited ways of thinking, sparking new possibilities for inner peace, loving-kindness and a host of spiritual insights.

Fuelled by imagination, our meditation practice becomes a vehicle that carries us enjoyably to the best version of ourselves, and to a life of meaning that benefits everyone we meet.

Classes are held on a drop-in basis – feel free to attend as and when you like. Beginners very welcome.

Tickets are $12 for one class or $40 for four classes. You may pay in advance below or with a card or cash at the door.

It is very important to identify the actual cause of whatever unhappiness we feel.

If we are forever blaming our difficulties on others, this is a sure sign that there are still many problems and faults within our own mind.
