Without self-acceptance there is no basis for a truly happy and beneficial life, but how do we develop this positive view? The practice of meditation helps us to connect with a deeper sense of well-being that opens us up to new way of experiencing ourselves. Instead of relating to our faults and limitations and feeling stuck in bad habits, we begin to relate to our potential for happiness and growth.
