Buddha taught that each one of us is endowed with a pure nature, and thus with the potential for limitless love, wisdom and joy. In this class series we will learn how we can gently cultivate the Buddhist practices of meditation and mindfulness – tools to awaken this precious potential – one stepping-stone at a time.
