We often wish we could be more kind, loving and compassionate towards our friends and family members, but what about those outside of our immediate circle? And could we ever imagine such a wish encompassing all living beings? Maybe right now that possibility is unfathomable to us. However, Buddha taught that each and every living being possesses the potential for limitless kindness, love and compassion. Understanding how we can awaken our fullest potential by cultivating the precious mind of bodhichitta — or ‘the supreme good heart’ as it is also known — is the focus of this series, which is based on practical commentaries given by our spiritual teacher, Ven. Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.
Although each class is self-contained, each also forms as part of a series. Time is allotted for questions and discussion. Please join us when you can.
Everyone is welcome.
