Good relationships with the people we live and work with can bring us great happiness and enjoyment in life.

But people don’t always behave as we wish they did.

This means that instead of bringing us joy, we often find our relationships wearing us down to the point where we feel angry, defensive, taken for granted, unappreciated and just plain tired.

This series of classes explores how Buddha’s teachings can help us begin to build the confidence we need to relate more easily to those we find difficult and to genuinely value and respect them.

Buy your tickets here in advance or pay at the door with cash or a card.

Note: These classes are suitable for everyone and each class is self-contained, so please feel free to attend the entire series or drop in to any class any week as and when you like.

Unfortunately we have become very skilled in recognizing the faults of others and we devote a great deal of mental energy to listing them, analyzing them and even meditating on them!
