Guided Meditations on the Middling Scope of the Lamrim

In Sutra of The Four Noble Truths, Buddha says:

  • You should know sufferings
  • You should abandon origins
  • You should attain cessations
  • You should practice the path

Deborah Gillespie will guide a meditation each week on each of these as they are presented in the Middling Scope of the Stages of the Path (Lamrim in Tibetan) in the book The Mirror of Dharma with Additions by the Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso.

Each class will contain a short teaching, a guided meditation and the opportunity to ask questions.

Please note: These classes assume some knowledge of Buddhism and are not suitable for beginners.

This class will be live-streamed for monthly subscribers.

“By continuously engaging in these meditations with joy and patience, we will accomplish the ultimate goal of human life.”

Geshe Kelsang Gyatso
