Between 10:45 pm and midnight, Gen Suma will offer a brief introduction to the meditation practice of the Buddha of Compassion, and we will engage together in the practice itself, with a beautiful guided meditation to transport us peacefully into the New Year. We will then dedicate the positive energy arising from our meditation to the welfare of the entire world, and conclude with a non-alcoholic New Year’s toast.
