Every day, we experience a variety of feelings and emotions, sometimes pleasant but very often unpleasant. When we understand that our discomfort, worries, sadness and pain are all parts of our mind, we will come to realize that it is possible to change our negative mental attitudes into more positive ones. With kindness and without guilt, the teachings on karma shed the light to dismantle all our inner conflicts through a process of introspection, guided by wisdom.
