In a world of distraction and shifting external conditions, our rough and restless minds seek stability in whatever appears solid, tangible, material.

It seems we’re losing our ability to discern the presence of that which is more subtle, beyond the physical, holy.

Buddha taught how we can discover and connect with the sacred – our own pure nature, for example, and the energy of enlightened mind.

In this class series Gen Suma will introduce methods to help us cultivate some of these more profound approaches, in order to help us enhance the power and quality of our spiritual life.

It is very easy to say prayers, and if we say them with a good heart and strong concentration they are very powerful.
