A four-part series
with Gen Kelsang Suma
In a world of distraction and shifting external conditions, our rough and restless minds seek stability in things that appear solid, tangible, material. We seem to be losing the ability to discern the presence of that which is more subtle, beyond the physical, holy. Buddha taught various ways of connecting with what is sacred, such as our own pure nature and the energy of enlightened mind. In this class series Gen Suma will introduce a number of methods to help us cultivate these more profound approaches, thereby enriching our spiritual life.
