Om Ah Hum Breathing Meditation

Daily life often becomes so hectic and overwhelming that we can find ourselves perpetually ‘on’, never taking time to be quiet or enjoy a simple day of rest and recharging.

This Saturday retreat offers an opportunity for us to take a break and savour a day of silence, meditation, rest and reflection.

Gen Suma will guide us in a series of five short sessions using the OM AH HUM meditation, where we combine the breath with silent mantra recitation.

This powerful technique brings us a taste of inner peace, sharpens our concentration and allows our mind to become more positive and easier to control.

The retreat is ideal for anyone new to meditation as well as for the more experienced practitioner.

Everyone is welcome.

This retreat will be live-streamed for monthly subscribers.

About the OM AH HUM meditation:

“It produces many good results.

It calms our mind and causes our distracting conceptions to subside, giving rise to a special feeling of inner peace and purity.

The mantra OM AH HUM is the essence of all mantras – the nature of enlightened body, speech and mind.”
