Meditation in Newmarket
When life gets difficult we instinctively look for somewhere to lay the blame – our partner, the government, our boss, the other team.
Sometimes we even blame ourself, judging our mistakes harshly, feeling personally inadequate, and spiralling into destructive thoughts and behaviours.
Buddha’s teachings on the law of karma helps us to stop grasping at the past and let go of our mistakes, hurts and resentment.
They are deeply freeing and healing.
You do not need to be a Buddhist to join these classes, which are attended by people from many walks of life.
Please feel free to drop in anytime.
Tickets are $12 for one class or $40 for four classes. You may pay in advance below or with a card or cash at the door.
It is very important to identify the actual cause of whatever unhappiness we feel.
If we are forever blaming our difficulties on others, this is a sure sign that there are still many problems and faults within our own mind.
