For beginners as well as more advanced practitioners, this Saturday morning class will focus on improving our meditation practice.
Turning to an ancient Buddhist text for advice, we will explore some of the factors that influence both our desire and our ability to meditate. We will learn how to clear a path from our head to our heart, and how to assemble, step by step, the conditions needed to develop a genuine experience of inner peace. With patience and sincere effort we can do this, no matter how challenging our current life circumstances may seem.
There will be ample opportunity for practice as well as open discussion.
