In this meditation retreat we will explore a simple but powerful meditation technique whereby we turn our mind inward, gently shedding any negative thoughts and distractions and opening the door to an experience of genuine inner peace.
Returning regularly to this oasis of mental calm can, over time, have a deeply restorative effect on our mental health and emotional wellbeing.
By building our capacity to let go of inner and outer distractions, this retreat can be of the basis for authentic spiritual growth, thus benefiting the seasoned meditator as well as anyone new to meditation.
