THREE PRINCIPAL ASPECTS OF THE PATH
Lamrim Day Retreats based on the book Mirror of Dharma
These special day-long Lamrim retreats will focus on a much-loved text by Je Tsongkhapa called the The Three Principal Aspects of the Path. In the first retreat, we will try to generate a deep wish for complete freedom from our own suffering, and an understanding of how that is possible. In the second, we will recall how suffering is universal, and try to generate an authentic yearning for every living being to share that wish for freedom, and to know how to escape. Finally, in our third day retreat, we will explore Buddha’s teachings on the nature of reality, and meditate on the path that has the actual power to liberate each and every living being from all problems, pain and suffering.
You are welcome to come to one or all of the day retreats.
