In his teachings, Buddha offered practical insights into who we really are and who we can become.
He showed how every day our thoughts shape and reshape us, usually without much awareness or choice, and how this is why we experience so many problems.
We can actually harness this process of continuous self-transformation so that it works in our favour.
Instead of pushing, struggling and trying to force change upon ourselves through willpower alone, we can start on the inside, using spiritual wisdom to make gradual, authentic and sustained change, and with it the promise of deep levels of serenity and fulfilment.
