A half-day retreat

with Gen Kelsang Suma

At present we feel compassion, but only for some people some of the time, and even then we’re often left exhausted and sad.

Buddha taught that true compassion is never painful or tiring, but is instead deeply rewarding, healing and motivating.

During this half-day retreat we learn to re-envision others through the lens of genuine compassion.

We do this by training in meditations that can radically improve how we relate to everyone we encounter, making our life very meaningful.

Everyone is welcome, book in advance below or pay at the door, cash or card.

Retreat Program

10:30 – 11:15 am – Session 1

11:45 – 12:30 pm – Session 2

Minds such as love and kindness are based on reality and are an expression of our pure nature.

Thus when we view others as kind we are seeing beyond their delusions and are relating to their pure nature, their Buddha nature.
