Introduction to Buddhist Meditation

Geshe Kelsang Gyatso has written that if we want to be truly happy, we need to cultivate a peaceful mind; there is no other way.  Training in meditation is the actual method to make our mind peaceful.   Join these sessions to experience the daily peace that comes from establishing a meditation practice!
This series of 3 sessions, suitable for both novices and regular meditators,  aims to provide an introduction to meditation, offering guidance for developing and deepening our meditation practice.  Each session will include time for specific meditations and abundant opportunity for discussion and sharing of experiences with meditation.  While it is suggested participants attend the full series, you are welcome to attend as you are able.
