Practical Advice for a Meaningful Life: Overcoming Anger

A practical exploration of Buddha’s teachings on one of the most common and painful emotions we can have – anger. We will focus on recognizing, and admitting to ourself, that we do have anger, and explore its harmful effects on ourself and others. We will then look at how we can begin to curb this destructive emotion. Powerful Buddhist methods will be introduced whereby we can create and
stabilize a peaceful mind when confronted by even the most difficult situations.
